The following general terms and conditions apply to orders via okani.ch:

2. Our offers and prices

Our offers are generally valid; in addition, the prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT and remain valid until the next offer is issued. Errors and price changes are reserved. No surcharge for small quantities and no minimum order quantity. The shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs specified in the online shop.

 

3. Payment terms

Payment is made by credit card or prepayment.

 

4. Delivery times

The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days from the order date for items from stock. These are reference values and in no way justify claims for damages. Delivery is currently only possible within Switzerland.

 

5. Resignation

Inako GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract if a product cannot be reproduced within a reasonable period of time. The customer will immediately be informed about the unavailability of the ordered goods and Inako will immediately reimburse the payments already made by the customer, or possibly organize a partial or subsequent delivery. In the event of a severe delay in delivery, the customer has the right to cancel the order if he does not want to switch to an alternative product.

 

6.1 Right of withdrawal
All items to be returned must be sent to the following address within fourteen days in a new condition and in the original packaging including order confirmation or receipt (sufficient postage):

6.2 Consequences of withdrawal

If the contract is canceled, all payments that have already been received, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded immediately and at the latest within fourteen days after receipt of the goods. The same means of payment with which the goods were paid for will be used for this repayment. Unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 

Unfortunately, returns cannot be made in the following cases:

• Signs of use on the product

• Change in product content

• Products without original packaging

• Products that have been damaged in return

• Items lost in return  

 

The costs of the return will be borne by the customer.

 

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Inako GmbH until they have been paid in full.

 

8. Data protection

Protecting your privacy is of paramount importance to us. Of course, we adhere to the statutory provisions on data protection. You have the option at any time to request information about the data stored about your person (scope, purpose) or to request their deletion. 9. Final provisions

These general terms and conditions and the use of the online shop are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
