Shipping
Orders are currently only possible within Switzerland. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days from the date of purchase. Currently only standard shipping is possible. In certain cases, express delivery can be arranged via e-mail.
Returns
Okani is happy to accept returns for unopened / unused orders if they are placed within 14 days. We only accept returns for products that were purchased via www.okani.ch .
Unfortunately, returns cannot be made in the following cases:

Signs of use on the product

Changes in the product content

Products without original packaging

Products that have been damaged in return

Items lost during return (we recommend that you keep the receipt and tracking number of your return)
In order to ensure proper disposal of those disinfectants that you can / do not want to use any more, you can also send them back to us. In this case the purchase price will not be refunded.
All items to be returned must be sent including the order confirmation or receipt to the following address (sufficient postage):
